Announcements 2-28-10

LENTEN SERVICE will be this Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.

SPECIAL MEETING: A special meeting will be held Sunday, March
7th after church service to discuss updates on parsonage and the
possibility of being a dual congregation with Clayton also transfer of
funds.

THANK YOU: We sincerely thank the members of St. Paul’s for
making our 40th anniversary, February 21, so special. We thank you
for the beautiful flower arrangement, the many cards, gifts, balloons
and the wonderful Valentine’s supper by the youth. It is all so very

PARSONAGE: If you are interested in seeing the condition of the
parsonage we will have it unlocked for viewing shortly after the
church service this morning until approximately 12:30 p.m.
Please enter through the garage. The committee has made a list of
updates that will be presented at the meeting next Sunday; we would
like your input and suggestions.

MELCHER SCHOLARSHIP: If any senior or college student would
like an application for the Melcher Scholarship, please speak with
Garnet as soon as possible.

SNACK SHEET: A sign up sheet is on the bulletin board in fellowship
hall for Weekday school and Confirmation. If you are willing to bring
snacks, please sign up.

ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICE will be held at 7:00 p.m.

LADIES AID: The Ladies Aid would like to thank all who have given of their time and talents in the past by providing help of any form for our numerous church functions. You have been called upon frequently this past year, often when it was not your group scheduled to serve. When members of the scheduled group are unable to serve for numerous reasons or can not be reached it becomes necessary to call upon members of another group for assistance in meeting the needs of the particular function. Bless each of you for your willingness to serve. May you know it is greatly appreciated.
