MAIN STREET LIVING – November 27: Today’s
message is given by Rev. David Lindenberg of Peace Lutheran Church in Rapid
City, South Dakota. The sermon “Walking in the Light of the Lord” is based on
Isaiah 2: 1-5. The program is interpreted and closed captioned for the hearing
impaired.
THE LORD’S
SUPPER at St. Paul Lutheran
Church is administered in accordance with the Holy Scriptures and the Lutheran
Confessions. It is celebrated in the
confidence that we receive – in, with and under the consecrated bread and wine
– our Savior’s true Body and Blood for the forgiveness of our sins. All who commune at this altar are making this
public confession of the faith that we believe and teach as is written in the
Holy Scriptures. If you are not a member
of St. Paul Lutheran Church and yet desire to receive the Sacrament, please
speak with the Pastor before the worship service.
MENTOR/MENTEE GROUP: Team members Heidi and Andrea will host
the Christmas party this evening at 6:00 p.m., at the Blues
restaurant. Bring a white elephant gift to exchange.
BAZAAR Follow-Up - We want to
thank everyone again who contributed in any way toward making our 52nd annual
bazaar a success. The total income for this
year was $6434.15. We had a $250.00
prepaid Visa card through the Thrivent Action Team which we used to purchase
the milk, orange drink, buns, and other supplies needed for the bazaar. Thanks
– The Bazaar Committee.
