06-10-2012 Announcements

IN OUR DAILY PRAYERS this week please thank God for Geoffrey Pfeiffer’s successful surgery and that he is already home.  As always, please also pray for Connie Hinckley and Chris Schenkel, for all others who are not well, for those who are in mourning, our shut-in and inactive members, and at least two people in your life who do not yet know Christ.

BEFORE LEAVING the sanctuary, please find one person whom you don’t know or don’t know very well, introduce yourself and have a brief chat with them.

LWML will meet on Thursday, June 14th, at 7:00 p.m.  We are having a guest night.  All ladies of the congregation are invited to join us for an evening of Bible Study and fellowship.  Hope to see you there!

SONRISE NATIONAL PARK VBS – The dates for VBS are July 16th thru July 20th 5:15 to 8:15.  Supper will be provided from 5:15 to 5:45 with VBS starting at 5:45.  Please sign up your child/children on the “sign-up form” on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall as soon as possible.  There is also a sign up list of things we need for VBS.  Please contact Amber, Cheri or Kari if you would like to help with our VBS this summer.

THERE IS A PRAYER QUILT on the table in the Fellowship Hall for Connie Hinckley.  Please say a prayer as you tie a stitch and sign the card.  The quilt will be there until June 17th.  Thank you.
