IN YOUR PRAYERS - this week please remember those who are recovering from surgery and illness, those in cancer treatment programs, our shut-in and inactive members and at least 2 family members or friends in your life who do not yet know Christ.

MAIN STREET LIVING – July 30, 2017:  Rev. John Fries of Grace Lutheran in Deadwood, SD and Blessed Emmanuel in Sturgis SD, brings us todays message “The True Treasure”. The message is based on Matthew 13: 44-52.

MENTOR/MENTEE will be meeting on July 23, at 6:30 p.m.

QUARTERLY VOTERS MEETING NOTICE:  Our summer voters meeting will be held on July 30^th in the Fellowship Hall right after the worship service.  Please plan to attend.

ATTENTION MEN’S BIBLE STUDY:  There will be no class this week.  We will tentatively resume on Wednesday, August 2 at 6 am.  Thank you.  (s) Pastor Weeman

LADIES AID will meet on August 3rd at 7:00 pm for Bible Study with Pastor Weeman.  Cheri Knittel is responsible for Altar flowers for August.

 

 THE SALEM MENNONITE HOME in Freeman, is looking for individuals who would like to volunteer to spend some time with our residents.  Volunteer activities could be things such as: reading to a resident with poor eyesight, playing a game, doing a craft project, cooking or baking, or even calling Bingo.  The possibilities are endless.
