Choir PASTOR NABIL NOUR, will again lead the 100 mile ride from Armour to Sioux Falls Alpha Center on Saturday, September 11, 2010. Lutherans For Life will host the luncheon rest stop at St. Paul Lutheran church this year due to the overabundance of rain (and mosquitoes) making our normal roadside stop inadvisable.
Bike for Life proceeds continues to support the ultrasound ministry of the Sioux Falls Alpha Center Crisis Pregnancy Center and “The Fleet for Little Feet” mobile unit as well as the Life: A Better Choice Campaign.”

Big thanks to the teachers and leaders that helped make VBS a success for 36 children. We especially appreciate Pastor and Janet for camping out in Freeman this week to be a BIG part of VBS. THE CLEANING COMMITTEE AND TRUSTEES would like to thank all the volunteers who helped clean the parsonage Monday evening and for all of those who have helped with other small projects as well. Because of the large turnout we had, we were able to finish in one evening and for that we are very grateful. The parsonage looks very clean thanks to all of you!
SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA Lutherans for Life Members will meet Friday, July 23, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Alexandria.

Registration forms are available from the ushers or by the registration box in the Fellowship Hall. We asked that all forms are turned in by Saturday, JULY 10th. But the earlier the better.

July 25th Kid's Crossing has a little talk with God, a look at prayer.
The featured speaker is Rev. Richard Milbrandt from St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Plankinton, SD. and Trinity Lutheran Church in White Lake, SD. The sermon theme is "Only One Thing is Needed." The hymns are Lord Jesus Christ, Be Present Now; Oh, That the Lord Would Guide My Way; and Praise God, From Whom All Blessings Flow. The Main Street Living Choir will provide the hymns. The program is interpreted for the hearing impaired.
VOLUNTEER DRIVERS: A list of volunteer drivers is posted on the bulletin board in fellowship hall. These drivers are willing to drive you to appointments such as doctor, dentist etc. If you would like to be a driver please contact me. Thank you Diane
QUARTERLY VOTER’S MEETING will be held next Sunday after Church service.
THE CLEANING COMMITTEE AND TRUSTEES would like to thank all the volunteers who helped clean the parsonage Monday evening and for all of those who have helped with other small projects as well. Because of the large turnout we had, we were able to finish in one evening and for that we are very grateful. The parsonage looks very clean thanks to all of you!
SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA Lutherans for Life Members will meet Friday, July 23, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Alexandria.

PARSONAGE CLEANING is tomorrow evening at 6:00 p.m. Sign up sheets are on the table in fellowship hall. Sign up for the area you would prefer to work in. Please bring the supplies listed for your area and label your supplies with your name. If we have enough help we could finish in one evening, if not we will choose another date to finish this project. Thank you.
CHURCH COUNCIL will be meeting Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m.

The featured speaker is Rev. Albert Althoff from St. John Lutheran Church in Gregory, SD. The sermon theme is "Must Not Be Taken Away." The hymns are Today Thy Mercy Calls Us; Speak, O Lord, Your Servant Listens; and Almighty Father, Bless The Word. The Main Street Living Choir will provide the hymns. The program is interpreted for the hearing impaired.
