1-25-2015 Announcements

Next Sunday, the ADULT BIBLE STUDY CLASS will be held in the narthex like we used to do (instead of in an upstairs Sunday School classroom as we are currently doing).  Everyone is welcome to join us!  Feel free to bring your coffee and snacks to class as we begin our new topic.  All materials will be provided.

MISSION FUNDRAISING LUNCHEONOn Sunday, February 1st, after Bible study I will be hosting a baked potato feed here at St. Paul to help fund a mission trip to Akiachak, Alaska.  On June 20th, I will be traveling with a team of 12 others from Seward, NE to serve for one week in sharing the message of Jesus Christ to the Village of Akiachak.  We will do this through a Bible camp and a basketball camp.  This is the 6th year for the team to travel to Akiachak and it is my second time on the team.  It would be wonderful if you all could attend!  For more information, please look at the poster hung on the bulletin board.  Thanks for your support, Carly Fritz!

LADIES AID - will meet on Feb. 5th at 7:00 with Corrine Handel as Hostess.  The BIble Study will be Session 9  - The Pharisee and The Tax Collector, followed by the Business Meeting.  On Altar Guild for February is Sharon Pfeiffer and Millie Gunderson is Visiting Helper.

ANNUAL REPORT – It’s that time of year to start working on the church’s annual report.  If all applicable Boards and Committees would please get your reports to the church office or to Pastor as soon as you can, we would appreciate it.  Thank you.

THANK YOU -  for the things that have been placed on and around the The Caring/Giving Tree that is set up in the fellowship hall. We will be accepting items a few more weeks before taking them to the local food pantry. All items will benefit those who need them greatly. We are asking for any new items of warmth or any basic hygiene item.   Again  Thank you for helping the Sunday school complete this project.
